Privacy Policy

MyNetSpeed uses an IP address while processing each request. Visitor analytics retain a masked form of the address and a salted one-way hash, not the full raw address. We also retain an anonymous session identifier, page paths, visit times, referrer host, browser, operating system and device category for service analytics.

When traffic passes through trusted Cloudflare infrastructure, country, region, city, timezone and data-center codes supplied in Cloudflare request headers may be retained. MyNetSpeed does not call a separate IP geolocation API.

Visitor detail records are automatically deleted after 90 days and are not intended for cross-site tracking. Community outage comments must not contain personal information. Operational logs exclude passwords, API keys and raw credentials.
