Optional analytics and preference measurement run only after you select Accept. If you reject or have not chosen, MyNetSpeed does not create a persistent analytics identifier, record visitor analytics, load advertising, build site-interest signals or send visitor notifications.

With consent, visitor analytics retain a masked IP address and salted one-way hash, anonymous session identifier, page paths, visit times, referrer host, browser, operating system and device category. Site-interest signals are derived only from pages viewed on MyNetSpeed, such as internet performance, Wi-Fi, network reliability and internet plans.

When traffic passes through trusted Cloudflare infrastructure, country, region, city, timezone and data-center codes supplied in Cloudflare request headers may be retained. MyNetSpeed does not read shopping history from other websites, use browser fingerprinting or perform cross-site tracking.

Visitor detail records are automatically deleted after 90 days. Community outage comments must not contain personal information. Operational logs exclude passwords, API keys and raw credentials.
